Overview
The 2016
Chrysler 300C will return for another model year and continue the path
in which the 2015 travelled. The 300C represents the brand's most
luxurious model. It's a full-size sedan with muscular stance and
unmistakable grille. In 2015, the model received updated styling and a
more well-thought out interior with tasteful materials and trim pieces.
Moreover, it received a nice batch of safety updates.
For 2016, the model continues largely unchanged. It will still come with a 3.6L V6 which produces 300 horsepower and 264 lb-ft worth of torque. The engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission which will help it to earn 19/31 mpg in RWD configuration. If buyers opt for the available AWD drivetrain, fuel economy takes a noticeable hit and will eek out 18/27 mpg. That being said, buyers in regions of the country with more inclimate weather will find the AWD a necessity.
Two trims will also continue to be offered: Base and Platinum. Both RWD and AWD drivetrains will also be offered for each trim.
